Hello.
What have your experiences with the eightfold path been?
What do they mean to you?
The Right View,
The Right Intentions,
The Right Speech,
The Right Action,
The Right Livelihood,
The Right Effort,
The Right Mindfulness,
The Right Concentration.
You are experiencing. What is that?

Experience the Eightfold Path
Mon, November 30, 2009 - 10:05 AMWell nobody told me about the ninth fold...yup it seems in a perfect world someone forgot to pass on the message !! so it seems that for every "Right" View/ Intention/ Action...etc. there is an equal and opposite Left one...Now this leaves one pondering the Rightness of Left... and as there is no qualifier for being Right about Left...one is left with the right to qualify said possibility...this is why the bodhisattva has such a difficult time explaining enlightenment to the uninitiated...for in a mirror (as the mind) all is reflected...and thus that which is..was..as it is a reflection of what came before...this explains the payscale differential for the enlightened...because how can they explain the most transparent of illusions to those who are in it ??? so therefore my experience of the ninthfold path has been hilariously disastrous...but then that was not the question was it ?? no wonder i have a tough time getting paid...or laid !! =P heehee =) -
